By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into an agreement

• You will use our services for lawful purposes only

For students and interns, parental or institutional consent may be required depending on age and applicable regulations.

• All project requirements must be clearly communicated before initiation.
• Any changes requested after project approval may result in additional charges or timeline extensions.
• Communication will be conducted via official email, meetings, or approved messaging channels.
• Verbal commitments are not binding unless documented in writing.

• All payments must be made as per the agreed quotation or invoice.
• Advance payments, milestone payments, or full payments may be required depending on the project.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
• Prices are subject to change; however, confirmed projects will follow agreed pricing.

• All source code, designs, documents, and materials developed by She Software Solutions remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights will be transferred as per the agreed terms.
• She Software Solutions reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Unauthorized copying, resale, or distribution of delivered work is strictly prohibited.

• Academic projects and guidance are provided strictly for learning and demonstration purposes.
• Students are responsible for understanding and explaining the work submitted under their name.
• She Software Solutions is not responsible for academic evaluation outcomes, grades, or institutional decisions.
• Plagiarism, misuse, or misrepresentation of work is discouraged and not supported.

• Internships offered may be paid or non-stipend based, depending on the program.
• Internship completion certificates are issued only upon successful completion of assigned tasks and evaluations.
• Internship participation does not guarantee employment.

• Interns must follow company policies, confidentiality rules, and code of conduct.
• All client, student, and project-related information will be treated as confidential.
• Users must not disclose proprietary or confidential information received during engagement.
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect even after project or service completion.

She Software Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Delays caused by third-party services, force majeure, or client-side dependencies

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

She Software Solutions reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if:

• Terms are violated
• Payments are not made
• False information is provided
• Activities are unlawful or unethical

Upon termination, completed work up to that point will be billed accordingly.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

We may use third-party platforms, APIs, or tools to deliver services. She Software Solutions is not responsible for issues caused by third-party systems beyond our control.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

She Software Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website and will be effective immediately upon publication.
