Intellectual Property Policy

This Intellectual Property (IP) Policy defines ownership, usage rights, and protection standards for all intellectual property created, developed, or used by She Software Solutions.

This policy applies to:

• Employees
• Interns
• Freelancers
• Clients
• Collaborators
• Contractors

Intellectual Property includes, but is not limited to:

• Source code
• Software applications
• AI models and algorithms
• Product frameworks
• Technical documentation
• Training materials
• Design systems
• Branding elements (logos, taglines, graphics)
• Business strategies
• Digital platforms and portals
• Research and development outputs

All intellectual property created:

• By employees or interns during their association
• Using company resources
• As part of assigned projects

Shall remain the exclusive property of She Software Solutions.

No individual may claim personal ownership over such materials.

• Ownership transfer occurs only after full payment is received.
• The extent of ownership (full transfer or usage rights) shall be defined in the Client Service Agreement.
• She Software Solutions retains the right to reuse non-confidential frameworks, structures, and generic components.

All internal products developed by She Software Solutions, including but not limited to:

• Portfolio Builder platforms
• AI-based personalized systems
• Print workflow systems
• Internal automation tools

Remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company.

Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or replication is strictly prohibited.

• Interns, freelancers, and collaborators assign all rights of work produced during association to She Software Solutions.
• They shall not reuse, resell, or publish developed materials without written permission.
• They may include work in personal portfolios only with prior approval.

Confidential methodologies, internal processes, AI logic, algorithms, and strategic documentation are considered trade secrets. Unauthorized disclosure may result in legal action.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Unauthorized copying of code or documents
• Selling or distributing internal tools
• Sharing proprietary information
• Replicating company products independently
• Using company IP for personal commercial benefit

Violation of this IP Policy may result in:

• Immediate termination
• Legal proceedings
• Claim for damages
• Injunctions to prevent further misuse

This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

All associates of She Software Solutions must acknowledge that:

• They understand this Intellectual Property Policy
• They agree to comply with it
• They understand the legal consequences of violation
